We are the Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District.
We are engineers, writers, planners and inspectors. We are brothers, mothers, fathers, sisters and members of this community. We are military veterans, skilled professionals and workforce rookies.
For some of us this is a second career, others found our path here through related industries, and some came right out of school and into the air district. Together, we are all here to improve the quality of the air we breathe in the Mojave Desert Air Basin.
The Mojave Desert Air Basin is home to nearly three quarters of a million residents. We are teachers, firefighters and bank tellers. We are future leaders of the High Desert and Palo Verde Valley. We all breathe our desert air.
